Our farm-to-table culinary offerings  

Often told she’s the best restaurant in town, our chef Mara draws from locally-sourced ingredients and family recipes that have been passed down for generations to provide meals that will serve as a focal point of your trip. Working with you to craft menus that suit any palette or occasion, she delights in providing a truly memorable and indulgent experience for guests, with service staff included to ensure the perfect afternoon or evening. Five four-course dinners with Mara (and table service) are included in your stay.  Our local house manager, Daniela, has worked tirelessly over the last years to source the best quality, fresh, organic ingredients from proud local farmers and producers, all from within a one-hour radius (some right next door).  It doesn't get any fresher! 

 

Mara is available to cook additional lunches or dinners beyond the five already included, and is happy to highlight local dishes and seasonal ingredients, or work with you to customize menus based on special requests and favorites. She also puts on a great pizza-making night where the guests can join in the preparation and make use of our wood-burning pizza oven. Her background as a pastry chef ensures that she can prepare a gorgeous dessert for any occasion, as well as buttery pastries for breakfast each morning and a jar of crunchy biscotti to have on hand throughout your stay.

 

Mara’s husband Francesco, an acclaimed local chef, also offers cooking classes tailored to guest requests and favorites when booked in advance.
